- Is there a task you're not doing because it would require a dedicated person or department? This is the central question. These are exactly the tasks AI handles best.
- Have you already tried AI? If yes and it didn't work — that's not a minus. On the contrary, it means you've already learned: simple answers don't work.
- How often does the process repeat and how many people are involved? AI pays off on repetitive, cross-functional processes. Everything else — too early.
